Crossing mountains and seas, building service together: A record of after-sales training in Portugal

In November, our company traveled to Portugal to provide training for our client's after-sales service team, helping them serve their customers better.

Last November, we crossed the ocean to Lisbon, Portugal, to conduct an in-depth training session for our client's after-sales team.

In a sunlit conference room, discussions were vibrant and engaging. We systematically covered key technical points and service procedures, sharing experiences in handling complex issues through scenario-based exercises. Watching the local team progress from taking diligent notes to actively asking questions, and finally to skillfully practicing operations, we felt knowledge genuinely transforming into enhanced service capabilities through our exchange.

This training not only strengthened the professional skills of the client's team but also deepened mutual understanding and trust. As smiles and applause filled the room at the end, we knew that better service would begin here, extending to every end customer.
